Sumitra worked in trade and strategic marketing for leading consumer and luxury brands such as Benckiser, Prada, and The Coca-Cola Company. In the 1980s, she discovered meditation, beginning a lifelong journey of self-discovery and transformation.<\/p>\n

Trained in multiple disciplines including Bioenergetics, deep neo-Reichian breathing, Voicing\u00ae, Inner Judge work, \u201cWho Is In,\u201d \u201cSatori,\u201d NLP, and Family Constellations, she is also a certified Primal Counselor.<\/p>\n

In 2001, she was introduced to Faisal Muqaddam and his teachings. Upchara \u2013 Stephane Picard<\/strong>
\nAssociate teacher<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upshara holds an MA in Philosophy and is trained in Eriksonian hypnosis and NLP. She also has been trained as a transformer in the School of Mysticism in Pune, India, where the Inner Alchemy approach (transforming energy through acceptance and understanding, involving mind, heart and body) was developed and practiced since 1989. She is the co-director of the Alchemy Institute. Since 1997 she is in training in the Diamond Logos work with Faisal Muqaddam. Her counseling sessions are directly based on the Diamond Logos work with Essence. She has been a disciple of Osho, since 1978. She has been leading groups in Italy and India since 1990. She is now also leading groups in Chile, Venezuela, France and Spain. (Women groups, and explorations of Power, Fear, Guidance, and Love). Upchara was born in 1947 in French Canada, and grew up in Europe and South America. She currently lives in Toscana, Italy.
