Amana Sposito

Amana M. Teresa Sposito has over twenty years of experience in designing, coordinating, and facilitating educational and personal development programs, both within professional training organizations and as an independent consultant. Since 2000, Amana has worked as a Counselor and Trainer in the field of relationship awareness and personal development. Since 2010, she has dedicated her work to the Diamond Logos Teachings, where her previous human and professional experience has found deeper integration. Her lifelong journey of inner exploration began in 1992 as a disciple of Osho. She trained in India and Europe in breathwork, Bioenergetics, co-dependency work, and relational systemic approaches, integrating these experiences into her understanding of human development and relational awareness. Amana began studying the Diamond Logos Teachings with Faisal Muqaddam in 1999. After years of personal study and practice, she began her DLT teaching path by assisting Senior DLT Teacher Bhakta Oechslin. Since 2010, she has been assisting and later co-teaching with him in Diamond Logos programs in Europe and Asia. In 2016, she joined the DLT Teacher Training with Faisal Muqaddam and was authorized as a Diamond Logos Teacher. Amana is dedicated to sharing the Diamond Logos Teachings as a path of inquiry and discovery of who we truly are. Her intention is to accompany students in recognizing their unique nature and their place within life, in connection with the deeper intelligence of Being. Amana is a founding member and co-director of DL Academy Asia and Insight-Dlt Academy in Italy. She is also registered as a Holistic Counselor Trainer with the Professional Category Association SIAF – Italian Society of Family Harmonizers (Code T0019T-CO).
